Xiaomi, the China-based company known for its value-for-money smartphones and MIUI custom Android interface, has not limited itself to being a smartphone brand and has launched a wide range of products.

Now, it seems that the company is all set to launch yet another product category for eye glasses. A new Weibo account has been created by the company which has already been verified with a blue tick, confirming its authenticity.

Xiaomi Eyeglasses Weibo Account

While the new Weibo account from Xiaomi is now live, there’s nothing posted on this new page. However, a Weibo user has shared images of the upcoming Xiaomi glasses that the company is expected to launch pretty soon.

Xiaomi has already launched two types of sunglasses in the market but has not yet launched frames and eye glasses. From the leaked images of the eye glasses, it seems that the company is looking for a couple of products in this new lineup but is set to unveil a whole range of products.

Xiaomi Eyeglasses Leak

However, we’ve not yet independently verified the claim related to the leaked images of the Xiaomi eye glasses for the authenticity. Xiaomi usually launches non-core products through its sub-brands which include Redmi, Huami, Yunmi, among others.

Since the Xiaomi account for this new range of products have already been live on Weibo and thus, we expect the company to officially make announcement related to this in the coming days.
