LG over the weekend launched two new smartphones in India. The LG Q60 was unveiled alongside the LG G8s ThinQ. The Q60 was launched back in February alongside the K50 and K40 while the G8s ThinQ was first unveiled at MWC 2019. LG G8s ThinQ

The LG G8s ThinQ has the same design style as the more expensive flagship G8 ThinQ but the display notch on this model is wider than that of the G8 ThinQ. The device also comes with a trimmed down specs lineup as well as a lower price tag.

As for the specs, the G8s ThinQ packs a 6.21-inch OLED display with Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2248 pixels. The device is powered by the flagship Snapdragon 855 chipset paired with 6 GB of RAM. The device is available in 128GB of expandable storage. It equally packs a slightly bigger 3,550mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. The Android 9 Pie OS runs on the device along with LG UX skin.LG G8s ThinQ

On the camera end, the device packs a horizontally inclined triple camera setup. The main camera is a 12MP sensor, as well as a 13MP ultrawide-angle lens as well as a 12MP telephoto lens. For selfies, there is an 8MP camera at the front as well as a ToF Z Camera that brings support for Hand ID, Face unlock and air gestures on the device. There is a physical fingerprint scanner at the back panel.

The LG G8s ThinQ is available in just Black and retails for INR 36,990 ($524). It is already on sale across all retail outlets.
