OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition

The OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition differs from the standard version based on its design. No, it doesn’t have a different shape but the finish is strikingly different.

The first thing you will notice is the papaya orange accent around the edges of the rear glass. The papaya orange accent has also been applied around the camera housing and on the Alert Slider but that isn’t all.

The area around the cameras down to the LED flash and OnePlus logo has a unique design said to be inspired by the high-performance Carbon TPT material found in McLaren’s Speedtail. It is a wavy pattern and it does stand out from the rest of the body.

The OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition is not only different on the outside but also on the inside. It has 12GB of RAM. The rest of the specs including the storage capacity is the same as that of the standard version.

OnePlus has also added some software differences such as McLaren-inspired custom icons and wallpapers and a custom papaya orange horizon light for notifications. Yes, OnePlus has still not brought back the notification LED to its phones.
