The Honor V30 arrives in five days and while the camera prowess seems to be the focus, there are other important details too. Ahead of the launch, the device has made its way to Geekbench and the benchmark tool reveals some details about the upcoming flagship.

Benchmarked as the Huawei OXF-AN10, the Honor V30 is shown to run Android 10. We are sure there is a heavy layer of Honor’s Magic UI on top and it will come along with quite a number of new features.

The phone has 8GB of RAM and is powered by an octa-core processor with a base frequency of 1.95GHz. This chipset is the Kirin 990 5G as its base frequency is higher when compared to the Kirin 990’s 1.86GHz.

The Honor V30 will launch alongside the Honor V30 Pro and both will have support for 5G. Both devices will have punch-hole displays albeit of different sizes and types. The phones will also have 60MP primary rear cameras and support for fast charging. The Honor V30 Pro will add support for wireless charging, a first for the manufacturer.
