It is raining Samsung leaks this week. Just two days ago, 3D renders of the Galaxy A71 were posted online and were followed by those of the Galaxy S11 yesterday. Today, we have 3D renders that give us an early look at the Galaxy S11e.

Samsung Galaxy S11e

Once again, the source of the renders is @OnLeaks and he has partnered with Pricebaba this time. The Galaxy S11e will succeed the Galaxy S10e, and it too should be the most affordable version of the series.

The renders show that Samsung will adopt the same design for the Galaxy S11 and Galaxy S11e. So we are getting a punch-hole display similar to that of the Galaxy Note10. The punch-hole is not the only design change the Galaxy S11e will have. The phone will also get a curved display rather than a flat one like that of the S10e.

Samsung is also going with the same rear camera design as the Galaxy S11. However, rather than five cameras, there are three cameras, one more sensor than that of its predecessor, along with the LED flash inside the housing.

Also, the Galaxy S11e will ditch the side-mounted fingerprint scanner of the Galaxy S10e for an in-display sensor when it arrives next year.

The bottom of the phone is home to a USB Type-C port and it is flanked on the left by the primary microphone and on the right by the speaker grille. The right side of the device houses the volume and power buttons. OnLeaks says the device is missing a SIM tray slot in the renders because he’s not sure where it will be. However, based on the S10e, the SIM tray will most likely remain at the top.

The Galaxy S11e will have a display size between 6.2 and 6.3-inches. Its dimensions are given as 151.7 x 69.1 x 9.1 millimeters (adding the camera bump). The phone should also come with a Snapdragon 865 processor (or Samsung’s Exynos flagship SoC). There will be 6GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage. The phone is also expected to have a larger battery capacity (up to 4000mAh) and it should run OneUi 2.0 based on Android 10 out of the box.
