We have seen manufacturers release limited edition models of their phones based on movies, sports teams, and even festivals, but never have we seen a limited edition phone that is based on a government intelligence agency until today. Chinese rugged phone manufacturer, AGM, today announced the AGM H1 FBI Edition, a mid-range smartphone with the FBI’s logo on the back.

The phone has a 5.99-inch FHD+ (2160 x 1080) display. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 450 processor and has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. There is a 12MP camera on the back along with a dual-tone LED flash and a fingerprint scanner while a 16MP camera is in front for video calls and selfies.

AGM says the phone runs X OS 3.0 which is based on Android 8.1 Oreo. The operating system is said to be secure and private and boast features such as dual-apps and full-screen gesture navigation.

The AGM H1 is a rugged phone like AGM’s other devices. It has an IP68-rating and is MIL-STD-810G certified. The manufacturer claims it will also survive drops from heights up to 1.5 meters.
