According to a new report, the official website of HTC is currently facing issues and has not been working correctly for many users. It is suffering from login issues and has raised concerns regarding its Elevate program.
Notably, the website’s login was working for some number of people but the vast majority is still facing an error commonly in the lines of “Http/1.1 Service Unavailable.” This message pops up when many users tried to attempt to gain access to HTC’s Elevate program’s online domain.

HTC has been ailing from falling revenue streams that show no sign of rising in the near future. The number of people that are still faithful to the brand and participating in the Elevate program are now also in doubt. Reportedly, users are concerned if the company has officially taken the website down and closing the servers.

For those unaware, the Elevate program is a private members-only community for the top fans and supporters of HTC. It is a worldwide program with members all across the globe. The members receive direct updates from the company and access to HTC team members. They can also give feedback directly to HTC personnel and gain access to members-only events as well. Furthermore, the company also participates in random giveaways with its members on certain occasions.
Unfortunately, the issue is still ongoing with no official statements being made by HTC or any spokesperson. The company has yet to address the issue and news reporting outlets have also tried reaching out to the company and are awaiting a response.
