Nokia 1.3 appears to be the next entry-level smartphone from the Finnish firm. In terms of design, it will look like the Nokia 2.3. That means it could be housed in a 3D nano-textured polycarbonate chassis and may sport a durable plastic frame. It may come in vibrant color choices like Nokia 1 Plus. A previous leak claimed that the model number of the Nokia 1.3 could be TA-1207.
