A new leak of the OnePlus 8 has just been posted on the web and it reveals a color variant we have never seen before as well as several pictures of the phone from different angles.

The source of the leak is Roland Quandt’s WinFuture.de tech blog. According to the site, the OnePlus 8 will be announced on April 15. The phone will come in three colorways – Glacial Green, which leaked recently; Onyx Black; and a third color gradient variant called Interstellar Glow.

The OnePlus 8 has a 6.55-inch Fluid AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution and curved sides. There is a punch-hole at the top left corner for the selfie camera. Unlike last year’s OnePlus 7 which skipped on the high refresh rate, the OnePlus 8 will have a 90Hz refresh rate.

The back of the phone is also curved and covered in glass. There is a USB Type-C port at the bottom of the device flanked by two cut-outs for the speaker on one side and the microphone and SIM tray on the other side.

The OnePlus 8 will have a Snapdragon 865 processor inside with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage or 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. This is a OnePlus phone after all, so there is no support for storage expansion.

Unlike last year’s model that has just two rear cameras, the OnePlus 8 has three – a 48MP primary sensor, a 16MP ultrawide angle camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. The selfie camera is a 16MP sensor, the same pixel count OnePlus has used since the OnePlus 3T.

There is a 4300mAh battery inside with support for 30W fast charging. The phone will run Android 10 out of the box with a new version of OxygenOS that we expect will bring lots of new features.
