Meizu is expected to soon launch its next flagship smartphone called Meizu 17. The device has been leaked multiple times over the last few weeks revealing some of its specs. We even got to see a live image of the device earlier this month. Now, once again, the handset leaks in real life in a subway exposing its rear design.

The new purported Meizu 17 live image leak confirms the render leak from yesterday. As per the image and the previous render, the Meizu 17 will take a different approach in terms of camera placement. Instead of a rectangular/square matrix array, the cameras on this device will be placed in a horizontal manner similar to the Galaxy S10 series.

Although this image does not show us the front of the device, the render leak from yesterday revealed the phone to sport a display with a punch-hole camera at the top right corner. Additionally, the render confirmed the Meizu 17 to feature the signature ring flash with two cameras on either side in a horizontal alignment.

As for specifications, the device is rumoured to come with FHD+ OLED display with 90Hz refresh rate, Qualcomm Snapdragon 865, LPDDR65 RAM, UFS 3.0 storage, 64MP (primary) + 8MP (ultra-wide) + 5MP (telephoto) + 2MP (depth) quad-camera setup, stereo speakers, WiFi 6, NFC, 4,500 mAh battery, 30W fast charging, and  3,999 Yuan ($564) starting price.
