Xiaomi will be launching its latest premium mid-range Redmi Note 9 in India on July 20. The Note 9 will join a lineup already made up of the  Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max in India. The two models were launched in India a few months back and during the launch, Xiaomi confirmed it will launch the Note 9.redmi note 9

A reliable source has now disclosed to Gizmochina that the model won’t be hitting India in a 3GB RAM variant which is supposed to be the base variant. The Redmi Note 9 was recently launched on the global turf with an affordable $190 price tag for the 3GB + 64GB variant. The source also hinted that Xiaomi will be intro a new 6GB RAM variant for the Redmi Note 9 in India. It also noteworthy that the global variant of the Redmi Note 9 didn’t feature a more than 4GB RAM. Redmi Note 9 featured

The Redmi Note 9 features a 6.53-inch FHD+ DotDisplay with Gorilla Glass 5 and splash-proof nano-coating. The display houses a punch hole at the top left corner of the screen for the selfie camera. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 chipset and packs a quad-camera setup consisting of a 48MP main sensor. At the front, the phone houses a 13MP sensor with support for Face Unlock. Keeping the lights on is a 5020mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. The phone also comes with a 3.5mm audio jack, NFC, IR blaster, and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
