The Redmi Note 9 series is still fresh from the oven but the Redmi Note 10 has just made an appearance. The device has been spotted on the benchmark site, AI Benchmark.

The Redmi Note 10 doesn’t just appear on the list but even makes a grand entrance by grabbing the second position, outperformed only by the Vivo iQOO Z1 which has a Dimensity 1000+ processor. The listing was first spotted by the Chinese leaker, Digital Chat Station.

Redmi Note 10 AI Benchmark

According to AI Benchmark, the Redmi Note 10 is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 820 processor which is the same chipset inside the China-exclusive Redmi 10X 5G and Redmi 10X Pro 5G. It is also shown that the phone has 8GB of RAM and runs Android 10, and the listing shows that it was benchmarked on Monday, July 20.

It sure is pretty early for the Redmi Note 10 to launch seeing as the Redmi Note 9 series is barely three months old. However, there is a chance the Redmi Note 10 may be a China-exclusive device since the Redmi Note 9 didn’t launch in the country. We might also get a global version that will arrive much later. This global version may not have support for 5G and it may come with a Snapdragon chipset.
