The Mate 40 series will be the last Huawei phone to come with a (new) Kirin processor. We already know what the flagships will look like, thanks to leaked renders that surfaced earlier this month, though there are some folks that have said the phones will not look like the renders have portrayed them. Now, a spec sheet has revealed some key features of the standard Huawei Mate 40.

Huawei Mate 40

The spec sheet was published on a Chinese site, PCOnline.com. It says the phone will run EMUI 11 out of the box which is expected. It will be powered by the yet-to-be-announced Kirin 9000 processor paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of expandable storage via an NM card slot.

The Huawei Mate 40 will also have a fingerprint scanner underneath its Super AMOLED screen. Other features mentioned include support for dual SIM (nano-only) Bluetooth 5.1, and dual-band Wi-Fi.

The leaked render shows the device has a curved display with a pill-shaped cut-out for two front-facing cameras. It is also shown to have triple rear cameras arranged in a cookie-shaped camera housing.
