It is no longer news that Microsoft will be launching a more affordable Surface Laptop. Today more details of the notebook, which will launch as the Surface Laptop Go, were revealed in a leak.

The leak was posted on Twitter earlier today by Roland Quandt (@rquandt). According to him, the notebook will have a 12.45-inch PixelSense LCD with a 1532 x 1024 resolution. It will be powered by Intel’s 10th gen Core i5-1035G1 processor with 4GB or 8GB of RAM. Buyers will be able to choose between 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB of storage. He adds that the 64GB version uses eMMC storage.

The Surface Laptop Go will have a 13-hour battery life, USB-A and USB-C ports, and a Surface Connect port for power. It will also have a 3.5mm audio jack. The tweet reveals the notebook weighs about 1.1kg and will be available in Silver, Blue, and Gold color options.

The Microsoft launch event should happen next month. The tech giant is expected to announce a new version of the Surface Pro X which features a new processor – the Microsoft SQ2 to be precise. Other features may remain the same as last year’s model.
