LG announced the LG Velvet 5G smartphone with an attractive design in May. Fresh information shared by the tipster Mukul Sharma reveals that LG may soon the LG Velvet smartphone in India.
The leakster claimed that the LG Velvet will go official in India this month. He even mentioned that the phone may go official on Oct. 4. He added that the Oct. 4 unveiling could be an internal launch for the LG employees. The South Korean company may soon hold a public launch at some point this month.

LG Velvet 5G specifications and features
The LG Velvet 5G has a 6.8-inch P-OLED panel that offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels. It boots to LG UX 9 based Android 10 OS. The Snapdragon 765G chipset is the driving force of the smartphone. The phone comes with 6 GB / 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. The device has a microSD card slot for additional storage.
The LG Velvet 5G has a 16-megapixel camera on the front and it has a triple camera system that includes a 48-megapixel main lens, an 8-megapixel ultrawide shooter, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor on its back. The Velvet 5G has other specs such as an under-display fingerprint scanner, a 4,300mAh battery with 25W fast charging support, and stereo speakers.
In July, LG announced the LG Velvet with LTE support. The only noticeable differences that can be found on the LTE model are the inclusion of the Snapdragon 845 chipset and 15W charging.
