The latest version of WhatsApp beta has revealed that the popular messaging app will get in-app support.
The update brings the version number to 2.20.202.7 and according to Wabetainfo, WhatsApp is about to get in-app support that will make it easy for users to contact the support team if there is an issue.
At the moment, users can contact WhatsApp by sending an email to [email protected]. With in-app support, you can easily contact them. When you send a message to the support team, there is an option to include the device information if you wish to.
When a response is available, the users will receive it as a chat. Completed tickets will be automatically marked as close reports Wabetainfo.
WhatsApp has been gaining a lot of features lately. The most recent one is the ability to mute a chat or group always. Prior to the roll-out of the feature, users could only mute conversations for a maximum of 1 year.
Another feature that users are looking forward to is multi-device support which allows users to use the same WhatsApp account on up to 4 different devices at the same time. The feature has been in development for months now but is yet to go live.
