Mobvoi has launched its latest smartwatch – TicWatch Pro 3 in India. The wearable only comes in a GPS version as the company is yet to announce an LTE variant globally. It is priced at ₹27,999 ($382) and will be available for purchase starting October 20 on Amazon India as well as Mobovoi’s official website.

The Mobvoi TicWatch Pro 3 is the world’s first smartwatch to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 chipset paired with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage. Like the previous wearables from the company, this one too runs Wear OS by Google.

The watch flaunts a 1.4-inch circular AMOLED display with a resolution of 454 x 454 pixels along with a secondary FSTN display for Essential Mode. Mobvoi calls this combination Dual Display 2.0.

Further, the smartwatch comes with two buttons and various sensors such as a PPG heart rate sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, barometer, and ambient light sensor. It also features a microphone and a speaker to make calls.

Since it has GNSS (GPS, Beidou, Glonass, Galileo, QZSS), users don’t need to carry their phone when they are going for a workout. Also, they can even use their watch for navigation instead of a smartphone.

Lastly, the TicWatch Pro 3 is IP68-certified for dust and water resistance, offers up to 72-hour/45-day battery life in Smart Mode/Essential Mode, and also comes with NFC for Google Pay, however, the latter is still a work in progress in India.
