In July this year, the Nokia E3500, E3200 and E1200 Essential Wireless Headphones were introduced in China. The products were unveiled by RichGo Technology (Shenzhen) which seems to control the license for the brand’s hearable and mobile accessories business in the Asia Pacific region.Nokia Essential Wireless Headphones

HMD Global has now announced the Nokia Essential Wireless Headphones for the international market. The headphone is essentially the same as the E1200 model and utilises an over-the-ear design. It packs 40mm dynamic drivers that can deliver a rich low-end sound and strong bass.

In terms of the design, the Nokia headphone features foldable headbands. The headphones have a robust anodized aluminium outer cover with comfortable, soft earpad. The earpads have the Nokia logo printed on the outward surface. It adopts a lightweight build, weighing just 197g. This makes it easy to use for a long period of time and to carry around.

Talking of usage, the headphones come with a 500mAh battery crammed inside. The company touts the battery to last for up to 40 hours of continuous wireless playback.Nokia Essential Wireless Headphones

The Nokia Essential Wireless Headphones come with a 3.5mm audio jack for wired connectivity. There is also Bluetooth 5.0 support as well as hands-free voice assistant support which is compatible with Google Assistant and Siri.

The Nokia Essential Wireless Headphones is priced at €59 ($69.4) and will be available in Black colour. The headphone will go on sale globally from November 2020
