Chinese smartphone company OPPO has today confirmed that it will be hosting its OPPO Future Technology Conference 2020 aka OPPO INNO DAY 2020 in Shenzhen next week on 17th and 18th November.

This year, the theme for the conference is “Leap into the Future” and in line with that, the company is expected to unveil futuristic technologies. At the event, OPPO’s Founder and CEO Tony Chen will share the company’s strategy going forward in the 5G era.

It has also been revealed that Levin Liu, Vice President of OPPO and the company’s President for Research Institute will unveil three concept devices and two sets of technical systems. He will also explain the company’s direction under topics like Integrating Technologies and Humanizing Future.

On 18th November, the company’s Imaging Product Manager Owen will explain OPPO FDF full-dimensional portrait video technology system and OPPO Full Link Color Management System. We are also expecting some other interesting new things at the event.

For those who are unaware, OPPO hosts a technology conference manually where the company explores the future and showcases its own advanced technologies and concept devices, highlighting innovation.

OPPO has expanded its product portfolio well beyond smartphones and is now present in the audio, lifestyle, and wearable devices category. The company is also focusing on its software part as it keeps improving and introducing new features to ColorOS. It will be interesting to see what the company has up its sleeves this time, at a time when 5G technology offers an expanded playing field for new and innovative features and products.
