On Thursday, Redmi unveiled the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 4G, Redmi Note 9 5G, and Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G. The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has recently approved a Redmi phone with model number M2010J19SG. The ECC certification (spotted by popular tipster Mukul Sharma) suggests that the device could be heading to the global market soon.

The ECC listing of the M2010J19SG has not revealed any information on its specs. However, a recent report has revealed that this model may launch as the Redmi 9T in global markets. Moreover, it is believed that this device will be arriving with a quad-camera setup instead of the triple camera system found on the Redmi Note 9 4G of China.

The Redmi 9T is reportedly coming with a 48-megapixel (main) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro) + 2-megapixel (depth) quad-camera system. In comparison, China’s Redmi Note 9 4G is equipped with a 48-megapixel (main) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (depth) triple camera system. It is advisable to wait for further reports to know whether the M2010J19SG will be arriving to global markets as the Redmi 9T.
