GizmoChina reported last week that the Xiaomi Mi 11 and a new handset called the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite will be debuting together in the global market. The Chinese brand is yet to confirm the existence of the Mi 11 Lite, but recent reports have suggested that it has been busy bagging important certifications. In the recent past, the device was seen at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the U.S., the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) in Russia, and the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) in India. Today, the smartphone received approval from the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) authority of Thailand (via).

The NBTC listing corroborates that the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite’s model number is M2101K9AG and it is a 4G phone. The BIS certification mentioned the model number of the Mi 11 Lite as M2101K9AI. Except for FCC, the other certifications have not revealed any vital information on the specs of the Mi 11 Lite.
