Chinese Smartphone maker Vivo entered Europe last year with the launch of Vivo X51 5G and a few other devices. Now, the company has revealed that it will double its presence in the region by this year and launch more premium flagship devices.

Vivo has officially entered the Romania and Czech markets. Before 2021, it hopes to present in as many as 12 countries in the European region. This is 6 more than the status last year. It also says that it will bring the smartphones with the ‘ZEISS‘ association to these markets this year.

If you recall, Vivo recently partnered with ZEISS, a Germany-based Optoelectronics company for a Global Imaging partnership. Currently, the Vivo X60 series of devices have cameras optimized by ZEISS. However, it is not clear which models will make it to Europe.

There is also a possibility that the Vivo X60 could launch with tweaks under different names just like the way Vivo did last year. It launched X51 5G, a tweaked version of the Vivo X50 Pro from China.

Anyway, the company also hints that it would partner with UEFA to bring its new drives during the UEFA EURO 2020 and 2024 football championships. The former event has been postponed due to the pandemic and is scheduled to start on 11 June 2021.

Apart from Romania and the Czech, Vivo also says that it will venture into countries like Serbia and Austria by H1 2021. Let’s wish Vivo Good Luck as it expands the ever-growing European Smartphone market in 2021.
