A recent leak claimed that OPPO A74 5G will be launching soon in India. Now, a landing page for the smartphone has emerged on Amazon India. The listing confirms that it will be made official at 12 PM (local time) on April 20. It is speculated that it could be rebranded version of the OPPO A93 5G phone, which debuted in India earlier this year in China.
The OPPO A74 5G’s listing at Amazon India has revealed that it has a punch-hole display and a side-facing fingerprint scanner. The Chinese manufacturer is expected to confirm some of the other features of the phone before the official announcement.
OPPO had launched the OPPO A74 5G smartphone in Southeast Asian markets recently. The A74 5G for India may not be the same device, but a rebadged version of China’s OPPO A93 5G

The OPPO A74 5G has a 6.5-inch IPS LCD screen that delivers an FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is fueled by the Snapdragon 480 chipset and 6 GB of RAM. For storage, it offers a 128 GB of built-in storage and a microSD card slot. The device is preinstalled with ColorOS 11.1 based Android 11 OS.
The A74 5G houses a 5,000mAh battery that carries support for 18W fast charging. The smartphone has a front-facing camera of 16-megapixel and its rear camera setup has a 48-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel depth assist lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The A74 5G for Southeast Asian markets has an additional 8-megapixel camera.
