Honor has announced the Honor Play 5T Life (aka Honor Play 5T Youth/Vitality Edition) smartphone in China. It is a new entry-level phone from the brand that comes with features like a 13-megapixel quad-camera and a 6.6-inch display as its major highlights.
Honor Play 5T Life specifications and features
The Honor Play 5T Life has a 6.6-inch IPS LCD HD+ display with a teardrop notch. For selfies, it has a front camera of 8-megapixel and it has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security.
The Helio P35 chipset along with 6 GB of RAM fuels the Honor Play 5T Life. The phone comes with 128 GB of internal storage and a hybrid SIM for adding a microSD card slot for extra storage. It runs on Magic UI 4.0 based Android 10 OS.

The rear-facing quad-camera system of the Play 5T Life features a 13-megapixel primary camera, a 5-megapixel ultrawide sensor, 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megpaixel depth sensor. It is backed by a big battery that supports 22.5W fast charging. The other features that can be found on the device include dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.1 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB-C, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The Honor Play 5T Life has arrived in China with a pricing of 1,299 Yuan (~$199). It comes in blue and black colors, and it’s now up for pre-orders. Honor will carry out the first flash sale of the phone on April 27. There is no word on whether the device will ever make it to markets outside China.
