Today, Realme took to its Weibo handle to confirm that it will be announcing a new smartphone at 19:00 PM (local time) on May 24 in China. It seems that the company could be gearing up to launch the rumored Realme GT Neo Flash Edition smartphone. As the alleged moniker suggests it could be a new variant of the Realme GT Neo, which debuted in the home market back in the previous month.

Realme GT Neo Flash Edition launch date

Leaked information that appeared last week revealed that the Realme GT Neo Flash Edition will come with better charging capabilities than the Realme GT Neo. As it is known, the Realme GT Neo carries support for 50W fast charging. It is speculated that the GT Neo Flash Edition will arrive with 65W rapid charging support. The other specs of the Flash Edition are likely to be the same as the GT Neo model.

Recently, a new Realme smartphone with RMX3350 was spotted at China’s 3C and TENAA certification sites. The 3C listing revealed that it could be coming with a 65W charger, while the TENAA listing confirmed a few details such as a 6.43-inch display, Android 11 OS, a 2,200mAh dual-cell battery, and 158.5 x 73.3 x 9.1mm dimensions.
