Samsung is reportedly working on the Galaxy M22 mid-range phone. Last month, it was spotted at the Geekbench benchmarking site to reveal its processor, RAM, and OS. A recent leak had revealed some of its other specs. Fresh information reveals that the Galaxy M22 has received Bluetooth SIG certification, which indicates that its launch could be drawing near.
The Bluetooth SIG listing only reveals that the Galaxy M22 that has a model number of SM-M225FV_DS carries support for Bluetooth 5.0. Previous reports have claimed that it will be a rebadged version of the Galaxy A22 4G handset, which was announced at the beginning of this month in other markets. It is also speculated that its appearance could be similar to the Galaxy A32 handset.

The Galaxy M22 is expected to feature a 6.4-inch S-AMOLED display that offers an HD+ resolution. The device is likely to be powered by the MediaTek Helio G80 chipset and 4 GB of RAM.
It is likely to feature a 13-megapixel selfie camera. The rear shell of the device may feature a 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel quad-camera system. The device may come with a native storage of up to 128 GB and it may run on Android 11 OS.
While the Galaxy A22 has a 5,000mAh battery, the M22 may house a larger 6,000mAh battery. It is expected to arrive in three colors such as black, white, and blue.
The Galaxy M22 is expected to arrive in markets like India and Europe. Last year, the Galaxy M21 was announced with a price tag of Rs 12,999 (~$175) in India. Hence, the M22 is likely to arrive with similar pricing in the country.
