Xiaomi has announced five new products for the global markets today. The new products are the Mi Router AX9000, the Mi 2K Gaming Monitor 27”, Mi Smart Air Fryer 3.5L, Redmi Buds 3 Pro, and the Mi Electric Scooter 3.

Mi Router AX9000

Mi Router AX9000

The Mi Router AX9000 was launched in March in China as Xiaomi’s Wi-Fi 6 gaming router for ¥1299 (~$200). Now it has made its way outside the country albeit at a significantly higher price of €299 (~$352).

The router has three separate bands – 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and a 5GHz_Game band dedicated to e-sports so that gamers can enjoy an uninterrupted connection without interference from other devices. It also has a 160MHz bandwidth, double that of the AX3000.

There is a Qualcomm hexa-core flagship processor with four CPU cores clocked at 2.2GHz and 2 NPU cores clocked at 1.7GHz powering the router. It has 1GB of RAM and can be connected simultaneously to up to 248 devices. It also has a cooling fan which Xiaomi says automatically adjusts its speed based on the temperature.

Just as the name says, this is a 27-inch gaming monitor with a 2K resolution (2560 x 1440). It has a tri-bezel-less design and a TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light certification. The monitor has a 165Hz refresh rate, 95% DCI-P3, and over 100% sRGB color gamut. It also has a rotating stand, two USB 3.0 ports, a headphone jack, and supports Display Port and HDMI input. Xiaomi has put a price tag of €449 on the monitor.

Mi Smart Air Fryer 3.5L

The poster for the event teased a smart cooking appliance and while we expected it to be a rice cooker, it is actually a smart fryer. However, Xiaomi says it is not just an air fryer. The Mi Smart Air Fryer 3.5L also works as a yogurt maker, a fruit dryer, a vegetable fermenter, and an electric oven. You can also use it to defrost your food. The temperature is adjustable between 40°c to 200°C and the inside has a double-layer non-stick coating.

The Mi Smart Air Fryer 3.5L has support for Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa, so you can preset it and have it turn on before you get home. It is priced at €99.

Redmi Buds 3 Pro

Xiaomi already announced the Redmi Buds 3 Pro last week but it has included it among the products unveiled today. The earbuds are priced at €69.9 and they offer features such as Active Noise Cancellation, Bluetooth 5.2, wireless charging, USB-C charging, and fast charging.

Mi Electric Scooter 3

Mi Electric Scooter 3

The Mi Electric Scooter 3 has a 3-step folding design that makes it easier to quickly store it. It retains the maximum speed of 25km/h as the Mi Electric Scooter 2 Pro but the maximum distance of 30km is significantly lower. The scooter also features a new single integrated display, unlike the previous generation that haa the display area split into two.

Xiaomi says the maximum power is 600W and that the scooter features a new rear dual-pad disc break. There are three-speed modes – Pedestrian Mode for when in crowded areas, a Standard Mode for when riding in a park, and a Sport Mode for when you need to go faster.

The Mi Electric Scooter 3 is available in Gravity Gray and Onyx black for €449.
