Huawei unveiled the P50 series on July 29 in China comprising the Huawei P50 and Huawei P50 Pro. During the launch, the latter was announced in five color variants – Black, White, Pink, Blue, and Gold. Now, a Chinese tipster has revealed that Huawei may soon launch a special edition P50 Pro in the Lunar Vision shade.
According to a leak from Weibo, the Huawei P50 Pro Lunar Vision will come in a white hue. But, unlike the White variant of the P50 Pro, the Lunar Vision edition will have a textured back.
Considering the phone has a glass built, it is evident that the finish is not just a design, rather it seems to be carved. Interestingly, the phone’s back glass has a moon-surface-like design and it is printed on the back of the glass. Moreover, the moon-surface-like design has a three-dimensional effect.
Apart from this, the upcoming Huawei P50 Pro Lunar Vision model is expected to be available soon. Since it is the Pro special edition model and the design is the same as the original, we can expect the Lunar model to come with the same specs as the original model.
Huawei P50 Pro Specifications
The original Huawei P50 Pro comes with a 6.6-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2700 x 1229 pixels. The smartphone has a 120Hz refresh rate and a 300Hz touch sampling rate. It sports a P3 wide color gamut and has a 450 PPI pixel density.
The smartphone features a unique camera island at the rear. It has two oversized modules with a 50MP main sensor and a 40MP Black and White sensor. It has a 13MP single camera setup with support for Optical Image stabilization.
It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 and the Kirin 9000 SoC paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of onboard storage. The device has a 4,360mAh battery with whopping 50W wireless charging support.
