The listing confirms the Honor X20 5G will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset and has a 6.67-inch LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. There are two variants of the RAM and internal storage for the device. It has 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB internal storage which is expandable via a microSD slot.Honor X20 5G

Recently, a few Honor smartphones were announced to run on Huawei’s HarmonyOS 2.0, but the X20 5G will be running on Android 11 together with Magic UI 4.2. It equally packs a decent 4,300mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging.
