As the build-up to the launch of the Honor X20 5G slated for August 12 gathers momentum, Honor has listed the flagship smartphone on its official online retail store. The listing gives us a clear look at the full specifications of the smartphone as well as the design.
The listing confirms the Honor X20 5G will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset and has a 6.67-inch LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. There are two variants of the RAM and internal storage for the device. It has 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB internal storage which is expandable via a microSD slot.
The X20 5G packs a quad-camera setup which includes a 64MP primary camera, a 2MP depth sensor, a 2MP macro, and a 16MP front camera. The 16MP selfie camera is housed in a pill-shaped cutout at the top left corner of the screen.
Recently, a few Honor smartphones were announced to run on Huawei’s HarmonyOS 2.0, but the X20 5G will be running on Android 11 together with Magic UI 4.2. It equally packs a decent 4,300mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging.
The Honor X20 5G will be available in black, blue, and silver colors. We await the pricing and availability details since the entire specs are already in the open. We also expect the company to announce details of the X20 5G global rollout.
