Chinese phone maker Tecno seems to launch a new phone soon as a device carrying the model number ‘KG7’ has appeared on a new certification. It is expected to be a Tecno Spark 8 series phone and the listing confirms its existence.
While the certification affirms its existence, it also reveals that it is a 4G phone and has a battery capacity of 4,900mAh. As of now, there’s no significant rumor about this smartphone other than this certification. Rumors reveal that it will be called the Tecno Spark 8P.
If we go by the rumors then the device may come with a similar specs sheet as the current Tecno Spark 7P. Also, the Spark 7P has the same 5,000mAh battery as the upcoming KG7 smartphone.
The Tecno Spark 7P comes with a large 6.82-inch display with an HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. It has an 8-megapixel camera at the front and a triple camera setup at the rear. The rear setup goes by a 16MP main sensor, a portrait camera, and lastly an AI sensor.
It is powered by the 12nm MediaTek Helio G70 SoC paired with 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. It also has a dedicated microSD card slot for additional storage. The phone features a rear-facing fingerprint scanner and also supports the Face unlock option.
