Samsung has increased the price of Galaxy A52 in India by ₹1,000. The price hike comes after the launch of Galaxy A52s 5G. The new price is currently live on Samsung.com.

The base 6GB + 128GB and higher 8GB + 128GB variants of the Galaxy A52 debuted at ₹26,499 and ₹27,999 respectively. With the increment in price, the same models now cost ₹27,499 and ₹28,999.

The Galaxy A52 is one of the best smartphones released by Samsung in 2021. But unfortunately, due to the global semiconductor shortage, the handset has been mostly out of stock in India for the past few months.

Talking about specifications, the Galaxy A52 features a 6.5-inch FHD+ Infinity-O Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC and draws its power from a 4,500mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging (ships with a 15W charger).

The device has a 64MP (wide, OIS) + 12MP (ultra-wide) + 5MP (macro) + 5MP (depth) quad-camera setup on the back and a 32MP selfie camera. It runs One UI 3.1 based on Android 11 with a guaranteed three years of OS upgrades and at least four years of security updates.

Other features of the phone include dual stereo speakers, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a MicroSD card slot, Samsung Pay, and an IP67 rating for dust/water resistance.
