Xiaomi is going to unveil the Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G on Sept. 29 in India. A fresh report by MySmartPrice claims that it will be arriving as a Netflix Dolby Vision certified device.

The publication has learned from industry sources such a certification is present on Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G’s retail box for India. Hence, it appears that it could be debuting as the first phone with Netflix certified display. The certification will allow 11 Lite NE 5G users to view HDR and Dolby Vision content on Netflix.

Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G specifications

The Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G has a 6.55-inch AMOLED FHD+ 90Hz display. It supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+, 10-bit color depth, 100 sRGB color gamut, and DCI-P3 color gamut. The Snapdragon 778G chip, LPDDR4x RAM, and UFS 2.2 storage are present under the hood of the device.

The device is backed by a 4,250mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. It has a front camera of 20-megapixel, and its rear camera setup has a 64-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 5-megapixel telemacro camera. The handset will arrive with support for 12 5G bands in India.

The 11 Lite NE 5G is expected to arrive in three variants such as 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. It is speculated that its base model could be priced at Rs 21,999 (~$297). It is expected to arrive in colors like Truffle Black, Peach Pink, Bubblegum Blue, and Snowflake White.
