Earlier this week, Xiaomi announced the Xiaomi CIVI smartphone in China. Aimed to target the youth and female audience, the CIVI handset offers an exciting design, a 32-megapixel camera, a 120Hz AMOLED panel, and Snapdragon 778G chip. Fresh information reveals that the company has no plans to release the smartphone outside China.

Xiaomi confirmed to Android Authority that, “Xiaomi CIVI remains a Mainland China-only device.” This statement does not really rule out a rebranded version of the phone for the global markets.
