Last month, Realme unveiled the Realme GT Neo 2 smartphone in China. Today, the company held an unveiling event in India to announce the handset in India along with a slew of other products such as Closer Green colour variant for Realme Buds Air 2, Brick Bluetooth speaker, 4K Smart TV Google Stick, and new gaming accessories. The GT Neo2 is the third GT series phone for India after the Realme GT 5G and Realme GT 5G Master Edition. Here is all the information on the specifications, features, and pricing of the GT Neo2.
Realme GT Neo2 specifications and features
The Realme GT Neo2 has a 6.62-inch Samsung E4 AMOLED screen that delivers a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, 1300nits brightness, 5000000:1 contrast ratio, 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut, and a 120Hz refresh rate. The handset boots to Android 11 OS and the all-new Realme UI 3.0.
The GT Neo2 is powered by the Snapdragon 870 mobile platform, up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, and a 5,000mAh battery. The company claims that it takes around 36 minutes to fully charge the GT Neo2 with the in-box 65W fast charger. The 3D vapor-cooling system offers a heat dissipation area of 17,932mmz.
It possesses a front-facing camera of 16-megapixel, and its rear camera setup is led by a 64-megapixel camera with f/1.8 aperture. It is assisted by an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens that offers a 119-degree FOV and a 2-megapixel macro lens with 4cm focal length.
The Realme GT Neo2 features an in-screen fingerprint sensor and face unlock for security. It offers other features such as dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5.2, dual-frequency GPS, X-axis linear motor, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos Games support, Hi-Res Audio support, and a USB-C port.

Here is the pricing of the two variants of the Realme GT Neo2:
- 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage – Rs 31,999 (~$425)
- 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage – Rs 35,999 (~$478)
Color variants: Neo Green, Neo Blue, and Neo Black
Both models can be purchased for Rs 24,999 (~$385) and Rs 28,999 (~$332), respectively, through the special festive offer. Realme India’s website and Flipkart will be carrying out the first sale the GT Neo2 at 12 PM on Oct. 17th. Flipkart Plus members will have early access to the sale at 12 PM on Oct. 16.
