According to an official announcement post on OPPO Community, the Chinese smartphone maker is recruiting ColorOS 12 beta testers for the following devices in India and Indonesia.

In order to enroll in the beta program, users should be on firmware version C.73. If so, they can head over to Settings > Software Update > Gear Icon > Apply for Beta Version > Update Beta Version and follow the on-screen instructions.

Registrations will remain open from November 15 to November 22. However, only 5000 applicants will be selected for the first batch in total for the three phones.

Hence, if you own any of these handsets and want to try Android 12-based ColorOS 12, then make sure to register as soon as possible. As far as stable release is concerned, it should happen in the coming weeks once the issues are resolved.

The OPPO Find X2 series debuted with ColorOS 7.1 based on Android 10. The three models were updated to Android 11-based ColorOS 11 last year. Therefore, ColorOS 12 is their second major Android update and will receive one more Android update in the future.
