Honor is all set to launch its new Honor 60 series smartphones in its home country China tomorrow, i.e. 1st December. While several details related to the upcoming phones have surfaced online, the full specs of the devices have now leaked online.

A new report coming from 91Mobiles reveals the full specifications of the upcoming Honor 60 and Honor 60 Pro smartphones, just hours before the official launch of the devices in the Chinese market.

Honor 60 series hands-on

It is being claimed that the Honor 60 features a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED panel, offering a pixel density of 395ppi and possibly a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset, coupled with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

The phone has a triple-camera setup on the back, consisting of a 108-megapixel main sensor paired with an f/1.9 aperture lens, an 8-megapixel f/2.0 ultrawide camera, and a 2-megapixel f/2.4 depth sensor. It is rumored to have a 50-megapixel front-facing snapper.

In a recent teaser video, the company has confirmed that the phone will have support for camera gestures, including support for high-fiving to capture images, waving, and making a fist, among others, giving users a more convenient option for capturing photos.

The phone is running the Android 11 operating system out-of-the-box with the company’s own MagicUI 5.0 on top. The device is powered by a 4,800mAh battery and supports 66W fast charging. It measures 161.4×73.3×7.98mm and weighs 179 grams. The smartphone will come in three colors — Bright Black, Starry Sky Blue, and Jade Green.

Details about the Honor 60 Pro still remain under the wraps but the device is expected to have a similar display as the standard model and the same 108MP primary camera sensor on the back panel. To more about this, we will have to wait for Honor to officially launch these new smartphones tomorrow in China.
