Realme has confirmed that the upcoming Realme GT 2 Pro will be debuting as one of the first phones powered by the all-new Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. The GT 2 Pro is heading to markets like China and China. It can be said based on the tweet by reliable tipster Mukul Sharma that the GT 2 Pro is also heading to Europe.

According to the tipster, the Realme GT 2 Pro has now been certified for the European markets. The variant heading to Europe has the RMX3301 model number. The RMX3300 model number, which was recently seen at the AnTuTu benchmarking site is also associated with the GT 2 Pro.

The Realme GT 2 Pro rumors have revealed that it has a 6.51-inch S-AMOLED display that supports a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will feature an in-screen fingerprint sensor for security.

The GT 2 Pro will have a front camera of 32-megapixel for selfies. It remains to be seen whether it will be the same Sony IMX709 lens that was introduced on the Reno 7 series. The rear camera setup of the phone may feature a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary camera with OIS support, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 5-megapixel macro/depth camera.

The Realme GT 2 Pro was seen with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage at AnTuTu. It may run on Realme UI 30 based Android 12 OS. The device is expected to house a 5,000mAh battery, which may support 125W UltraDart fast charging technology. It is likely to be priced around 4,000 Yuan (~$627) in China. The handset is expected to debut in India in Q1 2022.
