An exclusive report by 91Mobiles has revealed that the 4G variant of the Redmi Note 11 will be released in India soon. The report, which attributes the information to unnamed industry sources, didn’t include the exact date the device will go on sale in India. However, we may as well expect to see the device before the new year.

The Redmi Note 11 4G isn’t expected to be any different from the Chinese version which packs a 6.5-inch LCD screen with an FHD+ resolution. The display comes with support for a 90Hz refresh rate, a 180Hz touch sampling rate, and has a 1,500:1 aspect ratio.

The 4G Note 11 is powered by a MediaTek Helio G88 processor paired with 4GB RAM and 6 GB of LPDDR4x RAM. Both versions have 128 GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage which can be expanded further via a dedicated microSD card slot.

For optics, there is a triple camera setup at the rear comprising a 50-megapixel primary camera, teaming up with an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens with a 120-degree FOV, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. For selfies, there is an 8-megapixel front camera.  Under the hood, there is a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging and 9W reverse charging. The device shipped with a 22.5W fast charger.
