Redmi Note 11 specs and features (global)

The Note 11 global variant will have many similarities to the existing Chinese variant of the Note 11 which was released back in October 2021. However, as we have reported earlier, the Redmi Note 11 series will not follow the ‘flat edges’ design for the global launch of their smartphones. Well, this applies to the Note 11 4G too. The smartphone is expected to follow a more traditional Redmi Note design for the body and edges.

The device is expected to feature a 6.5-inch LCD screen with an FHD+ resolution. The display comes with support for a 90Hz refresh rate, a 180Hz touch sampling rate, and has a 1,500:1 aspect ratio.

Previous reports suggest that the global version of the Note 11 will house a Snapdragon 680 SoC with up to 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128 GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage which can be expanded further via a dedicated microSD card slot.

For optics, there is a triple camera setup at the rear comprising a 50-megapixel primary camera with an F/2.0 aperture lens and EIS, teaming up with an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens with a 120-degree FOV, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. For selfies, there is an 8-megapixel front camera.  Under the hood, there is a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging and 9W reverse charging. The device shipped with a 22.5W fast charger.

There have been no official announcements regarding the European launch of the Redmi Note 11 as of yet however, rumors suggest that we can expect the device to launch around the end of January 2022.
