Last month, OPPO announced its next-generation Reno series smartphones in the market, which includes three phones — OPPO Reno7, Reno7 Pro, and Reno7 SE. The OPPO Reno7 SE is the cheapest among the three.

Now, a few weeks after the official launch last month, the company is all set to start selling the OPPO Reno7 SE smartphone in the Chinese market from today.

The 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage model is priced at 2,199 yuan (~$345) while the other model with 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage costs 2,399 yuan, which roughly converts to $377.

Coming to the specifications, the smartphone features a 6.43-inch OLED display that offers a screen resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset.

To ensure that the device remains cool even under intense work or gaming sessions, there’s an ultra-dense graphite sheet which the company has paired with superconducting vacuum VC liquid cooling.

In the camera department, there’s a triple-camera setup on the back that includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel monochrome lens. On the front side, there’s a 16-megapixel snapper for taking selfies and video calling.

It is running the Android 11 operating system out-of-the-box with the company’s own ColorOS 12 custom user interface on top. The phone is powered by a 4,500mAh battery which supports 33W fast charging technology.
