iQOO 9 series of smartphones debuted last week and its first sale was carried today. Soon after it was made available for purchase, the company took to Weibo to confirm that it achieved over 100 million Yuan sales in just 10 seconds.

The iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 Pro smartphones were made available through e-commerce sites such as its official online store, JD.com, Suning, and more in China earlier today. The iQOO 9, which comes in orange and white colors, is available in variants like 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage for 3,999 Yuan (~$628), 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage for (~$691), and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage for 4,799 Yuan (~$754), respectively.

On the other side, the iQOO 9 Pro model such as 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage is priced at 4,999 Yuan (~$785), 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage costs 5,499 Yuan (~$863), and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage costs 5,999 Yuan (~$942). It comes in three colors like black, white, and orange.

The iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 Pro has a 6.78-inch 120Hz display. The former gets a flat AMOLED panel with Full HD+ resolution, while the latter gets a curved AMOLED LTPO display with Quad HD+ resolution. Both phones have an in-screen fingerprint scanner, and they are equipped with OriginOS Ocean flavored Android 12. Both phones have a 16-megapixel camera for selfies. The vanilla model has a 50-megapixel (main, with OIS) + 13-megapixel (ultrawide) + 12-megapixel (telephoto) triple camera unit.

The iQOO 9 Pro has a 50-megapixel (main, with gimbal OIS) + 50-megapixel (150-degree ultrawide) + 16-megapixel (telephoto, with OIS) triple camera unit. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 fuels both models with LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, and a 4,700mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging. The Pro model also gets support for 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging.
