The device has had its fair share of rumors over its specs and design with some recent render leaks. Now, the first confirmed specification of the device has been revealed.

Earlier today, tipster Mukul Sharma leaked that the upcoming Note series device will feature an AMOLED panel. Shortly after, Redmi India’s official Twitter handle replied with “We set high standards with Redmi Note launches in 2021. Why will 2022 be any different?”

The comment all but confirms that the upcoming Redmi Note 11S indeed features an AMOLED display panel. Other than that, Redmi recently teased the camera module and the partial design of the Note 11S which revealed a large primary camera giving some credence to the rumor that the upcoming device may feature a massive 108MP primary sensor. The device will also feature flat sides.
