The realme 8 has become the latest smartphone from the brand to join the realme UI 3.0 Early Access program. In simpler words, users of the handsets can enroll themselves to try Android 12 beta. The company vaguely mentioned that the device will get access to beta software in Q1 2022. We never thought it would receive in January itself.

realme 8 realme UI 3.0 Early Access

According to the official announcement post on realme Community, the Realme UI 3.0 Early Access registrations for Realme 8 kicked off on January 19. The brand says that it will be accepting applications in batches and it has only allocated limited seats.

Hence, we urge the interested users to apply for the initiative as soon as possible. In order to do it, the smartphone should be on firmware RMX3085_11.A.24. If yes, then navigate to Settings > Software Update > Gear Icon > Trial Version > Apply Now, submit details, and finish the quiz.

Applicants who get selected will receive the Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0 beta build via OTA. Those who don’t can try their luck again whenever the registrations re-open

As far as the stable release is concerned, we have no idea about it since Realme does not provide a timeline like its sister brand OPPO.
