At the beginning of this week, a Samsung smartphone with model number SM-A5360 was spotted at the 3C certification. Now, the handset has been approved by the TENAA authority of China. The entire specification and images of the smartphone have appeared in its TENAA listing. The handset has also been approved by the FCC authority.

The Galaxy A53 measures 159.5 x 74.7 x 8.1mm and weighs 190 grams. It features a 6.46-inch TFT panel that offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It has a 4,680mAh rated battery, which hints that its typical value could be 5,000mAh. The 3C certification of the device revealed that it may ship with a 15W charger. However, the device may carry support for 25W charging like its predecessor, Galaxy A52 5G.

The Galaxy A53 is powered by a 2.4GHz octa-core processor. Rumors surrounding the device has revealed that it could be equipped with the Exynos 1200 chipset. The listing states that it has 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB / 256 GB storage. It is likely to come preinstalled with Android 12 OS and One UI 4.x.

The display punch-hole is likely to feature a 32-megapixel selfie camera. The rear camera system of the device has a 64-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel lens, and a pair of 5-megapixel snappers.

The A53 is equipped with an in-screen fingerprint scanner. It is likely to come in colors like white and blue. Now that the TENAA and FCC authorities have approved the smartphone, it is likely to launch soon in China and other markets.
