In a recent tweet, Roland Quandt reassured that there will be a 1TB variant of the Galaxy S22 Ultra however, the model will be limited to select markets only. This means that the 1TB storage option will most likely be available in the US and major European markets.

However, the Galaxy S22 Ultra with 1TB storage will likely come paired with 16GB of RAM this time around.
