Obode the latest brand by Midea Robozone has launched its first vacuum cleaner named obode P8: Intelligent All-In-1 Self-cleaning & Mopping Robot. The robot cleaner not only vacuums and mops your space but also cleans itself, making it the perfect device for a clean, healthy, and hygienic house.
obode P8 is a vacuum and mop combination robot cleaner that comes with the ability to self-clean its mopping pads to prevent mold and odor. The robot cleaner comes with three cleaning modes viz: vacuuming, mopping, and combo mode where it will both vacuum and clean your area.
P8 is equipped with double-spin mops, a heavy-duty 2000pa powerful vacuum motor, and a smart lifting roller brush that can be raised to 7mm during its mopping motion. The system easily picks up debris and hair from both hard floors and carpets. obodeP8 uses an advanced ultrasonic sensor to determine the type of surface it has to clean and then accordingly determines the amount of power and mode of cleaning to be used. Fitted with this sensor, the robot can easily detect carpets and rugs and change its mode and power to give them a proper cleaning.
To determine the most efficient and effective cleaning route for your house or office, the robot cleaner uses a sixth-generation navigation algorithm combined with ToF Lidar and more than 30 sets of navigation sensors that generate perfect maps. This high-speed accurate mapping helps in avoiding obstacles and barriers. Fitted with a 6200mAh battery, the cleaner gives you up to 2.5 hours of continuous cleaning time and comes with an auto-recharge function.
obode P8: Intelligent All-In-1 Self-cleaning & Mopping Robot comes with a 4.6L tank for dirty water and a 4.7L tank for freshwater. Moreover, it comes with a backwashing mopping cloth and cleaning agent to prevent secondary smudging and automatically returns to the base to clean and hot dry the mop to disinfect it after each cleaning session. The robot can be easily controlled using Alexa and Google voice assistant and supports the obode Life app for scheduling and customizing the cleaning options, setting virtual no-go zones, and ‘Do-not-disturb’ modes.
