While the Realme 9 series launch in India is just around the corner, it appears that the company already has plans to release a new budget series and flagship lineup of smartphones in the region soon after.
According to MySmartPrice, known tipster Mukul Sharma has revealed the supposed launch timeline for the high end GT 2 and two new entry level models in the C series, namely the C31 and C35. The tipster states that the Chinese smartphone maker’s GT 2 launch might be around the same time as the iQOO 9 series, and even possibly Moto’s launch as well. In other words, it would be around the end of this month.
Furthermore, the Realme GT 2 will reportedly be available in three color options, which includes a White, Green, and Black variant. On the other hand, the budget handsets C31 and C35 will apparently be announced sometime in early March 2022. The Realme C31 is said to launch in a Purple and Green color variant, while the C35 is believed to launch in Green and Black color versions.
For those unaware, the GT 2 is a flagship grade phone that will feature a 6.62 inch FHD_ AMOLED display and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It is powered by a large 5,000mAh battery pack that supports 65W fast charging support. On the rear, it features a 50 megapixel triple camera setup and a 16 megapixel sensor on the front.
