OPPO has begun to recruit ColorOS 12 beta testers for a new batch of devices. The company has kicked off the program for five new smartphones. Out of these, one of them is a flagship model sold exclusively in China. Whereas, two of them were released exclusively in India and the remaining two are the rebranded versions of the previous two phones for Indonesia.

The OPPO Find X3 Pro Photographer Edition is the latest high-end smartphone from OPPO to get access to the Android 12-based ColorOS 12 beta. The registrations for this handset started on February 22 and it will remain open until 3 PM CST on February 24.

On the other hand, the ColorOS 12 beta registrations for OPPO F17 Pro, OPPO F19 Pro, OPPO Reno4 F, and OPPO Reno5 F also kickstarted on the same day. However, the company is only recruiting 2,500 testers for each device.

Interested users on the required firmware can enroll in the ColorOS 12 beta initiative by navigating to Settings > Software Update > Gear Icon > Apply for Beta Version > Update Beta Version and following the on-screen instructions. Selected applicants will receive the beta software via OTA, while others can try their luck during the next batch of recruitment.

As far as stable release is concerned, OPPO is yet to reveal details. Nevertheless, going by the rollout so far, it will most likely happen in a month or two.
