Sonos has launched the Roam SL portable AirPlay speaker that targets the lower end of the market with a lower price than its predecessor. Sonos had launched the Roam speaker that featured AirPlay2, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Qi charging supports. It also had a built-in microphone with a decent range of coverage. The latest Sonos Roam SL however skips the far-field microphone for a less expensive product.Sonos Roam SL portable AirPlay speaker

In the heels of the launch of the Roam SL portable AirPlay speaker, the company’s CEO has stated that consumers will see several innovative offerings from its stable soon. The original Roam was priced up to $180 at a point but the latest model will cost less. It will be sold at $159 exclusively on Sono’s website.
