OnePlus has recently released the OxygenOS 11_A.05 update for the OnePlus 9RT which brings the February security patch and a whole host of bug fixes. Additionally, OnePlus has also claimed to fix the persistent bug that freezes the OnePlus Gallery app when users try to share pictures from the app. So let’s take a look at all the changes.

According to the official OnePlus community post, the update for the OnePlus 9RT comes with a firmware version MT2111_11_A.05 and weighs about 179MBs in size.

As usual, the OTA update is rolling out in batches, so it will take some time before it reaches everyone. If you have not received this OTA update yet, you can check its availability by heading to Settings > System > System updates on your device.

As for the long-standing question of when the OnePlus 9RT will receive the Android 12 based OxygenOS 12 update, the brand has confirmed a release window of March-April.
